Caves des Hautes Côtes is now the only remaining cooperative in the Côte d’Or. Over the years it has merged with all the others which include the Union de Producteurs de Gevrey Chambertin and the Cave de Pommard. Today they have 260 members and 140 individual domaines.

The 260 Vignerons that make up the membership between them have just over 600 hectares across 74 appellations.The majority of their plantings are Pinot Noir however they also produce both Chardonnay and Aligote.
